Yesterday we played up in Millcreek Canyon with Luke's new neighborhood friend Brooks (and his Mom, my new neighborhood friend). The boys had a grand old time tossing rocks, digging mud, having a picnic, and wading in the about-as-cold-as-the-ocean-in-New Hampshire mountain stream. And Anna had a good time cooing at Brooks' little brother West. All three boys left the scene exhausted and covered in mud. By next spring, when the mud is really thick, Anna will be rolling around it too!
