Bill & Brigitte just returned to New York after a great 10-day visit to Utah. They always visit us in late September... it has become an annual thing.
We went out for a few great meals, including a joint anniversary dinner at one of our local faves, a sushi feast (awesome that B&B are new sushi fans), and Sunday brunch at Alta. They also became regulars at our new neighborhood grocer. Bill went to a Utah tailgate and football game with Keith. Oh, and they had what was probably the best weather of the whole year.
Though I don't have the photos to prove it, they had a great day at the zoo with Luke, Bill spent hours pushing Luke on the swings at the park, and took him to our local fire station, where Luke met the firemen and "drove" a fire engine. And Brigitte baked and cooked all sorts of treats for us...when she wasn't feeding or singing to Anna. Or sneaking lollipops to Luke. The little man had such a great time with his Grandma and Grandpa Duffy that he cried when they got out of the car at the airport. He's such a lucky guy to have two sets of Grandparents that he adores. And Anna is already figuring out how cool they are too. We can't wait to see them again.
