Yesterday we went out to play in the backyard and Luke went straight for this mud puddle...
He scooped up muddy water with his toy shovel and poured it on the patio stones...
Then, apparently he wasn't close enough to the puddle, so he stepped right into the middle of it...
Oh, how boys love mud puddles.
Declan told the boys when they were small that a big pile of dirt was chocolate. Maybe luke thought it was chocolate syrup?
