Sadly, Utah (and much of the West) is having a terrible snow year...as Alta reports, the worst since 1976. We're accustomed to seeing a view like this from the top of Alta:
And right now it looks like this (though from the parking lot rather than the top of the ski resort):
...you're not supposed to see so much rock and dirt. Pray for snow!
