Luke's new favorite thing to do is "drive" the car. EVERY TIME we get in or out of it he says "dive...dive....dive" over and over and tries to get into the driver's seat. He knows how to put the key in the ignition, turn the lights and the windshield wipers on and off, change the radio channel and adjust the volume, etc. Keith also showed him how to shift, so he now loves to put his hand on the shifter thing and say "shiffing! shiffing!" And when the rear wipers spout washer fluid he yells "Wooooow!" It's cool to see how excited he gets playing around in the car, but it's not so fun when I'm trying to go somewhere, or get in the house and he wants to stay in the car. He's strong, afterall, and getting heavy to lift!
Oh, and he usually sits on my lap or Keith's... I just got out to take these pics.
